QA Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a QA Engineer with 0–2 years of experience in software application testing. The candidate will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, identifying bugs, ensuring product quality, and coordinating with the development team for issue resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
- Identify, track, and report bugs using bug-tracking tools.
- Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Perform regression, functional, UI/UX, and smoke testing.
- Coordinate with developers and project managers to resolve issues.
- Ensure applications meet business and quality standards.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide testing feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation of testing activities.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Software Testing concepts and QA processes.
- Experience in Manual Testing.
- Basic knowledge of API testing and database queries is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience testing ERP, CRM, Loyalty, HRMS, or mobile applications is preferred.
