Sous Chef
Role: Assist Chefs in kitchen operations
Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff and food preparation
- Maintain food quality, taste, and hygiene standards
- Assist in menu planning and inventory control
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Skills & Experience:
- 3–4 years of kitchen experience
- Strong leadership and culinary skills
- Good Communication skills
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts preferred
