Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality industry, which includes hotels, restaurants, bars, event venues, Clubs and other relevant establishments. 
• Must have experience in generating business from high end kitchen products, gym equipment’s in premium hotels, Resorts, Chain of Bars and clubs. 
• Should have experience and dealing in hospitality industry premium products. 
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, generate leads to grow company’s business. 
• Build and maintain strong relationship with our new and existing clients. 
• Understand clients’ needs and provide solutions to them. 
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients.
• Regularly engage with clients to upsell additional services.  
• Preparing proposals, presentation, contracts highlighting our unique services. 
• Collaborating with internal teams for successful execution of sales initiatives.  

Qualifications:

• MBA in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Branding and Business Development. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
• Must be presentable and well groomed. 
• Demonstrate ability to build and maintain relationship with clients and stakeholders at all levels. 
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. 
• Result oriented mindset, self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets. 
• Willingness to travel Pan India, as an when required as per business needs. 
• Should have more then 3 years of experience.
